About the Role
The Event Support Volunteer will support STF event execution by assisting with setup, check-in, guest support, and overall event flow. This role is perfect for individuals who want to get involved with STF in a flexible way while contributing to meaningful community experiences.
Volunteer Duties
- •Assist with event setup and tear-down (tables, chairs, decor, supplies, etc.)
- •Support guest check-in, registration and feedback
- •Help manage crowd flow and direct attendees when needed
- •Assist with activity stations, food tables, and general event support
- •Support STF team leads with any tasks during the event
- •Help ensure a welcoming, smooth, and organized attendee experience
